  • Signed Wedding Invitations – A personalized invitation signed by us and mailed to you.

  • Exclusive Wedding Photo Gallery – Access to a private online gallery of wedding photos.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds unless we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, etc.

  • Chargebacks and fraudulent claims may result in the suspension of access to our services.

4. Livestream Access & Restrictions

  • Upon purchase, you will receive instructions on how to access the livestream via email.

  • You may not record, reproduce, or distribute the livestream.

  • We are not responsible for technical issues caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party platform failures.

5. Exclusive Content Usage

  • The signed invitations, livestream, and wedding photos are for personal use only.

  • You may not share, sell, or publicly distribute any content from our wedding without our express permission.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, including but not limited to the livestream, wedding photos, and invitations, is our property and protected by copyright laws.

  • Purchasing access does not grant you ownership of the content.

7. Technical Issues & Service Interruptions

  • We strive to provide seamless service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

  • We are not responsible for service disruptions due to acts beyond our control, including internet outages or platform failures.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We collect personal information such as your name, email, and mailing address solely for order fulfillment.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be resolved through informal negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the laws of TN USA.
