1. Processing Time

  • Signed wedding invitations are hand-prepared with care.

  • Please allow 15 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We ship via USPS.

  • Estimated delivery times vary by location:

    • Domestic (U.S.): 2-5 business days

    • International: 7-14 business days (varies by country and customs clearance)

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if applicable.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are included in the purchase.

  • Any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently do offer international shipping.

  • Delivery times may be affected by customs processing times, which are beyond our control.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are handed off to the carrier.

  • If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier with your tracking information.

  • If you receive a damaged invitation, please contact us at contact@austinbrownmusic.com within 5 days of receipt.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Since each invitation is personalized and signed, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If you receive an incorrect order, please reach out to us within 5 days for assistance.
